Shipping & Other Policies

Shipping

• Please note all items are made to order and that it could take up to 14 business days to get them done. If it will take longer I will contact you via email that you provided at checkout.
• Once the product is finished please allow 5-7 business days for shipping purposes. A tracking email will be sent to you.
• All Items are mailed with USPS.
• You are responsible for ensuring the address you provide is correct. Because I am a small business, I cannot afford to refund or replace orders sent to a wrong address.
• Once I have dropped your package at the post office I am no longer in control of it. Meaning I can't help the route it takes, the time it takes to get there or if it gets lost or any damage to the package.
• If there is an issue with tracking or the package please let me know. Sometimes I can help but most likely you'll need to contact your local post office.

Canceling & Exchanges

• If you need to cancel your order you have 24 hours to do so after you receive your confirmation email.
• ​Because most of my items are made specifically for your furbaby I cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Reminders

• Please note that all accessories are made by hand by me so no 2 items will be the same. Meaning there may be a slight difference in the pattern or placement of the design. I try my best to keep everything the same but sometimes the design on the fabric wont allow it.
• Please supervise your pets when wearing any accessories whether they are mine or from somewhere else. No one wants to see their furbaby get hurt.
